About Kendra

And what is it to work with love? It is to weave the

cloth with threads drawn from your heart, even as if your Beloved were to wear that cloth."

My approach is reverent yet lighthearted. My personal life and work are strongly influenced by the Eastern practices of mindfulness and meditation, and Judaism. I am passionate about creating a safe space for my clients and students to experience deep healing and transformation in their lives.

In addition, my personal and ongoing journey toward health, as I successfully manage Multiple Sclerosis, reminds me of the importance of compassion in supporting the process of healing.

I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and 13 year old son, biking, practicing yoga, dancing, writing, chanting, (devotional singing) and recording guided meditations. Living my life as an offering brings me deep fulfillment and gratitude. I can’t think of anything else I would rather be doing!
