Super Green & Radiant Meal Replacement
 
 
Add all these ingredients to your blender and drink up! This recipe serves as a refreshing, mildly sweet, and satisfying meal replacement or addition to your diet for gentle cleansing. The flax seeds help balance hormones and spirulina is a powerful algae containing massive nutritional power! Vitamins, minerals, and major antioxidants all in one drink that will curb your cravings for sugar and refined carbs.
1 cup organic apple juice
1 Celery stalk
2 small collard leaves (can use spinach instead or chard as well)
1/4 cucumber (do not peel)
1/4 bunch of parsley (any type)
1/2 lemon (peeled, seeded)
1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds (or flax oil if you aren't using a super powerful blender, like Vitamix or BlendTec)
2 Teaspoons Spirulina (vegetarian/vegan protein source)
Add water or additional juice for preferred taste and texture
Makes approximately 12 oz.

For best results and freshness, keep in screw top mason jar and drink within 24 hours.
