Neshamah Yoga and Wellness™ is a unique and holistic approach, which uses a potent synergy of therapeutic tools that continue to produce profound results for my clients.
Yoga, self care techniques, nutritional education, brain and energy balancing exercises, hands-on bodywork, and deeply relaxing guided meditations are combined to create the healing fusion offered in my classes, retreats, and private sessions.
I support the process of slowing down, listening deeply, and coming home to your body. It is this journey inward that reveals the state of inherent wholeness.
